We’ve been able to finish the migration finally. The new, OTOBO based ticket system is available at ticket.typo3.org. Please approach us if you encounter any problems.

The data migration failed at a late stage. We have to start from scratch and must postphone the end of the maintenance until tomorrow therefore.

As the support for OTRS community edition was discontinued, we will switch our ticket system to OTOBO (details). During the data migration, the old and new services will not be available. Please contact us in Slack when you’re in desperate need of a incoming mail during this time.
